Online academic conference held by the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Environment

On October 27th, the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Environment held an online academic conference, which was conducted by researcher WANG Liying. Three experts, LIU Lingli, researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences, LIU Xuejun, professor of China Agricultural University, and HE Ping, researcher of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, were invited to make online reports.

The report of researcher LIU Lingli on "The Impact of Plant-Microorganism Interaction on Carbon-Nitrogen Cycle of the Ecosystem" explained the characteristics and changes of plant-microorganism community carbon-nitrogen cycle caused by nitrogen deposition.

Professor LIU Xuejun’s report "Assessment of Atmospheric Environmental Benefits of Ammonia and the Effect of Agricultural Ammonia Emission Reduction", illustrated the impact of ammonia emissions on the atmospheric environment with vivid examples, and how to achieve substantial ammonia emission reduction through new types of fertilizer and supporting technologies.

Researcher HE Ping reported on the topic of "Intelligent Recommendation for Fertilization Method and NE System", and introduced in detail the method, principle and application effect of the fertilization intelligent recommendation system Nutrient Expert (NE) based on yield response.
At the conference, the participating researchers actively communicated with experts on relevant research contents. This conference provided a good communication opportunity for researchers to broaden their academic horizons, understand the frontiers of science and master science and technology.
